FSC's Board of Directors oversees and supports the organization’s fundraising and programmatic goals.
It is a dynamic governance structure for three key divisions: Youth Development, Home Health Care, and Immigration Services.
FSC’s Board is comprised of members who are aligned with its mission, governance, sustainability and board diversity goals which include individuals with expertise in youth programming, healthcare, and immigration law.
This includes three division-specific advisory committees overseen by Development Chairs, who are dedicated to developing, implementing, and strengthening fundraising efforts while ensuring accountability and engagement

The purpose of the FSC Board of Directors is to help the organization pursue its mission of providing the type of support, care, and educational services that moves the ENTIRE FAMILY towards an ever improving quality of life centered in a healthy and diverse community. We’re seeking board members who will be enthusiastic partners as we embark on our new vision plan.
To this end, the board provides support through governance, strategic planning, fundraising, and outreach. This opportunity is a volunteer position.
