Dr. Poulard is the Founder and President of Family Support Circle, Inc. She has a wide range of experience in the Home and Community-Based Programs, Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities, Youth Development, Mentoring & Coaching, Juvenile Delinquency and Homeless Services. In addition to her vast experience, she has an infinite passion for helping others succeed in life. One of her main focuses is empowering young men and women to become leaders in their communities and in the world.
Dr. Dillard has over twenty years of experience in recruiting/staffing career coaching and staff relations. He has proven mediation and negotiation skills with EEOC and Administrative Law experience. He is computer proficient, with advanced HRIS/database experience. He is very active in mentorship and leadership and oversees the iMAP program.
Ms. Lydia is an alumni of the youth development program and is one of the very 1st generation youth to experience the benefits of the program when it was faith-based. Lydia served as the Public Relations Specialist for Family Support Circle and represented the interests of the organization in the community from 2012-2014. Now, 21 years after being in the program, Lydia serves as a member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Shomari Manu Furtch is a registered mortgage broker employed by Wells Fargo Bank, National Association in Stockbridge, Georgia. Mr. Furtch, donates his time to educate youth, families and the community about Financial Responsibilities and best practices. He also serves as a co-leader for the male mentoring program at Family Support Circle, Inc.
Mrs. Chaundra Lewis has been an attorney for 18 years, including working in private practice in the areas of criminal defense and civil litigation. The last ten of those 18 years have been dedicated to working in State Court. A community leader with a heart for youth, she serves as the secretary for the board at Family Support Circle, Inc.
